County High School, Fulton Co. High School, and Carlisle Co. High School.

Interested students may pick up an application in January at their high

Completed applications are usually not due until the first week of March.

  • is actively pursuing enrollment in an acceptable institution of higher learning
  • who has established an excellent academic record in high school
  • has a financial need; and
  • has, in the view of school officials, both the capacity and the inclination to become
a serious and enthusiastic student at an institution of higher learning.
