Try this web-based, do-it-yourself home energy audit tool.

Called Home Energy Saver, this tool is made available to you as a member of the Hickman-Fulton Co. RECC. It is provided to members of the Touchstone Energy Cooperatives by special arrangement with the Lawrence Berkeley National laboratory.

Heating and Air Programs for existing Homes

Hickman-Fulton Co. RECC/TVA provides cash incentives to qualifying
customers installing air source heat pumps, natural gas dual fuel systems,
and geothermal heat pumps in their existing homes.

In order to participate, you must use one of our Qualifying Contractors.

In addition, Hickman-Fulton Co. RECC will provide a free inspection of your
new heating and cooling system to ensure energy efficiency as well as proper
installation.

Cash for Building energy right. Hickman-Fulton/TVA offers cash incentives
when building a home that's energy right. This means your new home has extra
Caulking and insulation and a high efficiency heating and cooling system.

The homeowner also receives $50.00 for each electric water heater installed.
In addition, Hickman-Fulton will provide a free inspection of your new heating
and cooling system to ensure energy efficiency as well as proper installation.

Water Heater Replacement Program

It's never been easier to enjoy the benefits of hot water. Hickman-Fulton RECC
is giving cash incentives on electric water heaters. You can receive $50 when
replacing your existing unit.

To qualify: (1) the installation address must be on Hickman-Fulton's service lines, and (2) you must be the homeowner and occupy the installation address. (If a tenant occupies the installation address, both the tenant and homeowner must sign for water heater.

Financing for Heating and Air/Insulation

Hickman-Fulton Co. RECC offers a financing program for installation of
qualifying heating and cooling systems along with upgrades in insulation
or other energy savings measures.

Financing Terms

Financing for High Efficient Heat Pumps, May Include Natural Gas Furnace for Dual Fuel Systems and Insulation needed to weatherize the home up to the loan Amount.

Current interest rate charged by First American Bank.

$10,000 maximum loan amount.

Loan Term can be up to 10 years.

Monthly loan payments are itemized and added to your normal RECC electric bill.

Heat Pump must be installed by a member of our Quality Contractor Network (QCN).
